ONLINE REGISTRATION
Online registration is the easiest and quickest way to register. Online registration provides instant membership and proof of membership with printable confirmation page. With the use of a credit card you can register yourself, other family members and for adult teams, the whole team.

MAIL IN REGISTRATION TO USA HOCKEY INLINE
Using this method, you download the registration form and mail it directly to USA Hockey InLine. The registration form is a two-page form and both pages must be returned along with the registration fee. Those players under the age of 18 must also have their parent or guardian's signature. REGISTER WITH THE LEAGUE
By visiting your locally sanctioned inline hockey league, they will be able to tell you when registration will take place, how long the season runs and any other questions you might have. They will also have the proper registration forms for you to fill out. If you do not know where the closest sanctioned league is, click here.

Note: All USA Hockey InLine Memberships expire on August 31st of each year.

Individual registration fee: $180.00 Players can register and pay the individual registration fee. If you do not have a team yet, the SIHA will place you on the next available team based on your skill level. (Please indicate your skill level in your registration.) PRINT THE 2008 INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FORM Team registration Teams can register and pay the Full Team Registration Fee of $1500.00.This offer expires May 18, 2008. Team Registration only applies to teams with eight (8) skaters and one (1) goaltender. Additional Skaters or Goaltenders can play, but have to register at the Individual Rate. Note: we are no longer utilizing the Team Registration Form, please print a registration form for each team member. Bring Your Own Sponsor: $100 When a team brings their own sponsor and provides their own jerseys, there will be an additional mandatory advertising fee for the sponsor. Bring Your Own Co-Sponsor: $200 When a team brings their own sponsors and provides their own jerseys, there will be an additional mandatory advertising fee for the sponsors. • Players must be 18 to register or have parent/guardian permission if 17.
• Individual registration deadline is May 18, 2008. Players will not be allowed to play in any games until they have paid in full. No exceptions will be made.
• No refunds will be issued after July 1, 2008.
• Late registrations may be pro-rated.
• Returned Checks will be assessed a fee of $35.00.
• All players, coaches and referees must be registered with USA Hockey InLine to be eligible to play in the SIHA.
• Team registration deadline is May 18, 2008
• Whole teams consist of 8 skaters and 1 goalie; (9 players). A team must meet this exact number of players to register a team to be eligible for the early registration discount.
• Teams can have more than 9 players, but no more than 15 including 2 goalies.
• Each team is to play in at least 18 regular season games and at least one playoff game.
